What are your shipping policies?

Once an item is shipped with a tracking number, no refunds will be given if it is shipped to an incorrectly provided address. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

Once a tracking number is provided to you and the package is in transit, COLORNOISE has no control over it. Please contact USPS in regards to delays or deliveries. For delivery errors or missing "Delivered" packages, contact your local USPS to file a claim.

Please keep track of your delivery day. COLORNOISE is not responsible for stolen packages; it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe delivery location.

Transactions are complete once the package tracking says "Delivered" to the address provided during checkout.

What if a perfume I want is out of stock?

Please sign up for restock alerts which will send you an automatic email as soon as products are back in stock. You can do this through the listing page on www.colornoise.etsy.com (please note restock alerts are not yet available through the Etsy App).

All perfumes will be back in stock eventually unless they specifically say "Retired" or "Sold Out."

Do you accept returns?

Because samples are always available for purchase for all of our perfumes, and because perfumes are a cosmetic item and not re-sellable, returns are not accepted. If you are not sure if you will like a scent or not, please order samples first.
