THE RULES.
-Orders from this listing may take up to 3 weeks before being put in the mail. It might be sooner depending on the reason why it is out of stock, but there is no guarantee that it will be sooner, so please plan for a full three weeks before your order ships.
-You will receive another email from Etsy on the day your order ships with the expected delivery date. Please do not message the seller asking when it will be mailed because I probably won’t know until the day I put it in the mail anyways.
-If you want more than one and the amount option isn't available, just click 'add to cart' multiple times, or change the quantity dropdown once you are on the cart page.
-Purchasing this order guarantees that you will receive the perfumes you order. You also have the option of signing up for restock alerts and purchasing the perfumes you want when they become available instead of pre-ordering.
-If you purchase pre-order perfumes and regular in-stock perfumes in the same order, they will all be shipped when the pre-order item ships in one package (one shipping label per order). If you also want in-stock perfumes, make a second, separate transaction so that two different packages will be sent.
-Pre-orders are cancellable within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, they are handmade to order and are non-refundable. Please order a sample set first if you are unsure if you will like a perfume or not.

What if a perfume I want is out of stock?
All perfumes will be back in stock as soon as possible, unless they specifically say “Retired.” Please sign up for restock alerts which will send you an automatic email as soon as products are back in stock. You can do this through the listing page on www.colornoise.etsy.com (please note restock alerts are not yet available through the Etsy App or shopcolornoise.com).

Why do you not accept returns or refunds?
Buying perfumes online is difficult! That’s why we always have samples available for purchase for all of our current perfumes. We encourage you to purchase a sample set (or 2 or 3!) before ordering full-size perfumes.
Because samples are always available for purchase for all of our perfumes, and because perfumes are a cosmetic item and not re-sellable, returns are not accepted. Plus, this helps the environment by not wasting product!

What if my perfume arrives broken?
Unfortunately we can not control how mail is handled once is it handed off to the post office, and although all orders are packaged sufficiently, mail can still be destroyed during the shipping process. If your perfume arrives broken, please send us a picture through Etsy messaging or put in a help request through the Etsy Buyer Protection program and we will help to correct the issue ASAP.
What service do you use for shipping?
All packages will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (First Class) Mail unless the buyer has paid for an upgrade. There is a rush processing option that can be purchased (when available) and other shipping upgrade options (Priority, 2-Day Express, etc.) are available at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately COLORNOISE does not currently ship outside the US, we tried it for a while but 90% of packages were getting lost or damaged and combined with shipping, it was costing too much. We might try again one day in the future when there is enough business. Also, there are package forwarding services that exist (https://www.reviano.com/blog/best-parcel-forwarding-services.html), but we are not affiliated with any of them.
What are your shipping policies?
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Once an item is shipped with a tracking number, no refunds will be given if it is shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Once a tracking number is provided to you and the package is in transit, COLORNOISE has no control over it. Please contact USPS in regards to delays or deliveries. For delivery errors or missing "Delivered" packages, talk to your USPS mail person and file a claim.
Please keep track of your delivery day. COLORNOISE is not responsible for stolen packages; it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe delivery location.
Transactions are complete once the package tracking says "Delivered" to the address provided during checkout.

I got Dole Whip and it smells absolutely incredible! It’s juicy and creamy and perfect for summer! And the sample that came with it (Holographic) also smells so so good

I ordered this several years ago, used it up, and then couldn't remember the name. Fortunately, found it again and it's great! It's not a beachy, sunny, sun tan oil type of scent. It's more somber and quiet, like a secret beach. Love it!
